Eufaula Glass Operations
End-User License Agreement
These terms govern use of the Eufaula Glass Operations web app by people authorized by Eufaula Glass LLC. This is an internal business tool, not a public customer account or a license to QuickBooks or any other third-party service.
Permission to use the app
Eufaula Glass LLC grants each approved user a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the app for company business while their account is active. The company may change or revoke access when a user’s role or business need changes. The app and its software are not transferred to users.
Accounts and appropriate use
Use only your own approved account and keep sign-in links and account access private. Enter information accurately and only for legitimate Eufaula Glass work. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, inspect another user’s credentials, interfere with the service, upload malicious or unrelated material, or use customer information outside authorized business purposes. Report suspected unauthorized access or inaccurate records to the company.
Business records and outside services
Job details, comments, schedules, and attachments entered in the app are maintained as Eufaula Glass business records. The app may rely on third-party services for hosting, storage, sign-in, email delivery, and authorized QuickBooks Online connections. Each outside service operates under its own terms and availability. QuickBooks accounting records remain in QuickBooks; an app job or estimate preview is not a substitute for checking the current accounting record there.
Changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue app features for operational or security reasons. We may revise these terms and post the current version here. Users should contact a manager if an outage or discrepancy could affect a job or customer.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy describes how information in the app is handled. Questions about these terms or permission to use the app can be sent to Eufaula Glass LLC at eufaulaglassllc@yahoo.com.
