Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Eufaula Glass LLC handles information in its team operations app at app.eufaulaglass.com. The app is for approved team members, but job records may also contain information about customers and other contacts.
Information in the app
We maintain team members’ names, email addresses, roles, assignments, sign-in activity, and security records. Authorized users add job and customer details such as names, site addresses, contact information, estimates, schedules, material orders, notes, comments, and uploaded images or documents. We also process technical information needed to maintain sessions and protect sign-in, which may include IP-address-derived records and browser information.
If Eufaula Glass LLC connects its QuickBooks Online company, authorized managers may link jobs to existing customers and estimates. The app stores selected identifiers, estimate status, amount, currency, and sync history, along with encrypted connection tokens. This integration does not give every team member access to the QuickBooks company.
How we use information
We use this information to coordinate work, assign jobs, track materials and progress, show schedules, provide approved users with access, send optional passwordless sign-in emails, protect the app, troubleshoot problems, and display authorized QuickBooks estimate updates. We do not use this app for advertising or sell information collected through it.
Who can see or process it
Approved Eufaula Glass team members can see operational job information needed for their work. Access to team email addresses and QuickBooks connection functions is more limited by role. We use service providers to operate the app, including Render for hosting and database services, Cloudflare R2 for uploaded files, Google for optional Google sign-in, Postmark for optional email sign-in delivery, and Intuit when QuickBooks is connected. Information is shared with those providers as needed for those functions, and may be disclosed when required by law.
Cookies and security
The app uses an essential session cookie and related security controls to keep users signed in and protect requests. It does not use advertising cookies. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not upload information unrelated to Eufaula Glass business.
Retention and requests
We keep business records while needed for company operations and applicable obligations. Authentication and security records have separate cleanup rules. Deleting a job removes its current job record and attachments from the app; limited identifier-only integration history may remain.
